Bruegel

Bruegel is a Brussels-based European think tank specializing in economics. It began operations in early 2005 with the intention of bringing a new voice to Europe’s economic policy debate, and has since then established itself as a vibrant laboratory for economic policies. Bruegel is independent and non-doctrinal, and its mission is to improve the quality of economic policy with open and fact-based research, analysis and debate. Bruegel has demonstrated considerable success in publishing and disseminating research to audiences within the research, policy, business and civil society communities, not only through targeted publications to different audiences, but also by demonstrating its policy relevance in opinion pieces for newspapers and journals throughout Europe and the world. Bruegel’s membership is composed of EU governments, leading international corporations and institutions.
