General Assembly

The role, mandate and functioning of the General Assembly (GA) is described below, and is also set out in the EU3D Consortium Agreement.

Role

All partners jointly make up the General Assembly, which is EU3D’ highest management body and a forum for key decisions related to the project. All partners have one representative (and one vote) in the GA. The mandate of the GA is to discuss and take necessary decisions on the overall direction and priorities of the project, and on the overall performance of tasks and project activities if necessary. The GA may decide on adjustments to the composition of roles in the consortium (e.g. as a result of nonperformance by partners) and revise the Consortium Agreement.

Meetings

The GA will convene at least once a year, either in person or in Skype meetings. The GA can also take decisions by e-mail.

Members

Each partner institution appoints its representative to the GA. This list of members is valid until further notice. Any changes should be notified by e-mail to the EU3D Project Manager.
