The University of Oslo is organising this Future of Europe Debate on the consequences of the war in Ukraine.
A panel will discuss the questions: What kind of EU is needed when facing a new Europe – also after the war has ended? Which scenarios do EU researchers and experts envision? And what are the roles of Ukraine and of Norway?
John Erik Fossum, professor at ARENA Centre for European Studies and EU3D coordinator, is among the participants.
